TERMS AND CONDITIONS

French Sole's ("we" "us" or "our") website(s) (our "Site" or "Sites") and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions, and any other rules posted on our Site. Please read these carefully before placing any orders on frenchsole.com.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant United Kingdom law and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction. In using our website you agree to submit to these laws. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

ORDERS

By placing and confirming your order on the French Sole website you have agreed to our terms and conditions as explained here. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

A Contract between the customer and French Sole Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

French Sole Ltd reserve the right to cancel any order at any time providing no payment has been taken.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (DSRs)

Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

French Sole Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members agents directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither French Sole Ltd, nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of French Sole Ltd or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITIONS

Easter Weekend Competition

French Sole's Easter competition is run across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram from Thursday 13th April at 12pm to Monday 17th April 2017 at 11pm.

The prizes for this competition are a pair of Hefner Black Bunny Embroidery Slippers (HFF132) and products provided by Rococo Chocolates. The prizes are subject to stock availability and an alternative pair of shoes of the same value (£190) will be offered if the original shoes are not available.

To enter the competition, the applicants must:

  • Follow French Sole and Rococo Chocolates on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram
  • Tag French Sole and Rococo Chocolates in an image of their Easter Basket filled with treats!

All applicants have until 11pm on Monday 17th April 2017 to enter. French Sole will choose the winner and will make contact with them directly to arrange delivery of the prizes.
