We aim to despatch your order the same day, should it be received before 1pm, however, we do maintain a 28-day delivery policy. Your shoes will be delivered using UPS. Please note, this service may require a signature upon delivery. If, for some reason items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to organize a replacement, no payment will have taken at this point and any part order will not be sent out for delivery unless requested. London Sole does not take any payment until the goods have been picked for your entire order.

If the customer supplies an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, London Sole will not refund any delivery costs. The same applies to overseas orders. It is the customer's responsibility to enter their address correctly.


COMMUNICATION

We will attempt to communicate with mail order customers by email. All relevant information about your order, including UPS tracking information will be sent to the email address you have provided to us.
