These Terms and Conditions and use of our web site are governed by US law. Abiding by the Terms and Conditions affirms that you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the US court.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United States of America and under US law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United States of America, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the USA complies with any applicable non-US laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and London Sole Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). London Sole Ltd reserve the right to cancel any order at any time providing no payment has been taken. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be added to your order where appropriate before it is sent out. London Sole will add sales tax to orders originating from those states in which we have a nexus. Those orders for which London Sole does not add sales tax, it will be the purchaser who assumes responsibility for their individual state sales tax.

Returns Policy

2. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.

3. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered/recorded/insured delivery only. We cannot be held responsible for items returned to us that we have not received and signed for.

Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-Standard Products

Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery.

Return of Items in order to Exchange

To ensure that the item(s) you wish to exchange for will be in stock, please telephone one of our U.S locations to place the item(s) on hold. Item(s) may not be placed on hold for exchange longer than 7 days. Once the original item(s) is received by London Sole LLC, the new item(s) will be mailed to the customer. 

By returning shoes for an exchange you have agreed to have the credit card that was used for the original order debited/refunded by the difference of the original item and an additional shipping charge. 

Payment and Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Amex. All transactions are shown in US Dollars. To use London Sole gift vouchers please call 310 255 0937.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in US Dollars ($) and where appropriate are inclusive of US sales tax at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Delivery
Your goods will be dispatched within our 28 day delivery policy by our carrier. However, most orders are dispatched within a few days. If, for some reason they are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to organize a replacement or back order, no payment will have taken at this point. London Sole do not take any payment until the goods have been picked for your entire order.

Communication

We will attempt to communicate with mail order customers by email. All relevant information about your order will be sent to the email address you have provided to us.

Conformity Of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

London Sole Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members agents directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither London Sole Ltd, nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of London Sole Ltd or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
