Getting your size right the first time is very important to us. We have developed a size guide to help you find the right shoe in the right size. However, it is our policy to support our customers if they find they have purchased a shoe that does not fit correctly.
If this is the case please return the shoes to us with the original receipt and a note of your new size and we will send out a replacement pair in the right size (in the same style) at no further cost. If the style you wish to purchase is not listed in the size guide please feel free to contact one of our boutiques for assistance.
All of our shoes are handmade so please note that you might not be the same size in every style.
If you are in-between sizes and the style you want does not come in half sizes we suggest you go up to the nearest full size. Also, many of our ballet flats come with fully adjustable laces for a customizable fit. If they are
too tight or too big they might just need to be sintched up or let out a bit. |
