If you wish to return any items purchased online at www.londonsole.com, please follow the steps listed below:
All items must be returned in unused, saleable condition within thirty days from date of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. We do not refund shipping on expedited or international orders.
If you would like an exchange for a different size/style or a refund, please specify in a note or on the return card provided in your order. To place a shoe on hold or for further assistance please contact us at 001 310 255 0937. You may also send an email to: [email protected].
We are happy to do one free exchange. However, customers are responsible for the return postage. We recommend using registered, insured delivery. London Sole will not be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-Standard Products
Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery.
