We will endeavour to make your buying experience as problem free as we can. Our experienced and dedicated team will help and advise you on all our styles based on trend awareness, fashion and colour forecasting and of course on twenty five years of successfully retailing our globally trademarked and famous brand name footwear throughout the world.
We absolutely guarantee and promise that all our shoes are hand lasted in our own two partner factories located in Europe and using only the finest of Italian and European leathers and made to age old traditional methods by second and third generation craftsmen shoemakers.
OUR WAREHOUSE
London Sole own and operate their warehouses, which are located in Berkshire, UK, and this is where we hold and distribute all our shoes globally. Your order will arrive at our centrally heated warehouses which are kept at a continuous temperature throughout the year to protect the shoes and will ensure that cold, damp or humidity do not damage the leathers. Your order will be meticulously checked for any faults or imperfections before we ship them to you. Our shoes are packed in acid free tissue paper, slipped into water resistant plastic envelopes and then double packed within recyclable boxes.
Our promise to you is that from order to delivery, we will be at the end of the telephone or email to help and guide you and to fully manage and track your orders. We guarantee delivery on the date agreed at contract and we will hold your shoes in our warehouses in a safe environment until you are ready to receive them.
Agents, distributors and franchisees are always welcome to visit our offices and warehouses to check their orders personally before delivery, should they wish to do so.
